"Blessed by the Goddesses, Zelda and her companion Link the Hylian champion, had once again defeated the great evil and saved this land. Thus, this ends the journey with the Princess and the Hylian champion once more, another adventure to be expected once again in a new generation." --- If you see someone being turned down in the middle of the park, would you go and comfort the person that got turned down? Not really, right? Well, what Zelda had done was comfort the poor boy, known as Link, from a heartbreak she never experienced. But that's all she had done, she didn't expect that their relationship from strangers would turn out to be bigger than that; she never expected that the person she had met will be the start of something new emotionally and mentally. As well as put the fate of their own land into their own hands. {-------------------} This is my first Zelda fanfic plz no flame, but I will take criticism. When Link wakes after one hundred years of slumber and no recollection of the past, he must struggle to remember who he is. Author's note: My version on Fanfiction is a little different than the norm. I find myself more interested in what's already there rather than creating all new material. When I initially began writing this, it was basically Breath of the Wild through Link's POV. Although I quickly found myself bored writing the whole story and wanting to focus solely on the memory flashbacks. So this fanfic is just that. It follows Links memories in chronological order. (Although this contains a bit of edited and new material to strengthen Link and Zelda's bond.) I've always wanted to write through Link's perspective. The idea has always been fascinating to me because he's just so stoic and quiet. So that begs the questions: what is he thinking, what is he feeling? I'd like to shine a little light on the situation. :)

After 100 years of fighting the Calamity Ganon, Zelda is finally reunited with Link. To pass the traveling time, she begins to keep a diary.

Welcome to Zelinktober, where I'll be writing one Autumn or Halloween themed one shot every day. This is going to be a difficult journey, but I believe I can do it. Link is known to be a man of few words. In this case, it is completely true. He has been mute since he was very little, no one knows why. As you can probably expect, other people his age are rather vocal, especially about him not being so. Zelda sees through it. She takes a look further to see who is behind all of the silence, but it doesn't work out how she expected it to. After the defeat of Calamity Ganon, Zelda and Link make their way around the land. Talking to the leaders the four champions came from. Making amends and offering closure to the love ones. And maybe more.

In the hit game Breath of The Wild, DLC allows you to read other champions thoughts and feelings on their journey to the great calamity, but one diary is missing-Links. In this book, see what the hero may have thought and felt on his way towards the biggest fight of his life.

A lot of work needs to be done to rebuild Hyrule, and to convince others to help will take a lot of work from Link and Zelda. Having all his memories back, Link is plagued with thoughts and memories of the Champions, wishing he could go back in time and save them. He can't focus on the past too much though, because an incredible threat has woken up, and will certainly destroy Hyrule if nothing is done soon.
