What happens when Beauty is a man, feisty as hell and stubborn as a bull, falls in love with the Beast who is a gentleman and authoritative in every word? Our fair beauty, Belle, will be replaced by a handsome young man named, Beaumont. Just as peculiar, but aspires to be a great musician some day. His mother, Marie, is all he has in this quiet village. Beaumont must put his dreams aside in order to care for his mother and himself financially. This includes working countless hours wherever work may be, but in his spare time, composes the sweetest music heard by man. When a supply run goes horribly wrong, Beaumont finds himself in the midst of an extravagant castle. Where is this strange place? Who saved his life?

Glass magic, the weakest of magic, the most fragile, the least effective. Those with it always end up with aide or aid class and a relief type. They were the ones to deal with the aftermath of war, helping those that had already severed their kingdom and those that had yet to come of age. They never face actual war, never risking their life as it was not a life worth risking. It was hardly a life. Now, there are also classes that seem limited to certain standing, take the rogue class for example; they are restricted to support and assassin types. Their sly personalities and abnormal magic perfect for stealing and stealth. Then lead types seem bland, always the same people, warrior class, elemental magic, blah blah blah. Though humans are uncommon within the lead types it's not as if one had heads turning in disbelieve. Uncommon but not rare. Boring really. Everyone's always so restricted with their magic, type, class, and rank, and yet... She exists. A magic so fragile she shouldn't even be allowed in war, a class that doesn't match her personality, and a type that clearly doesn't belong to her. The only thing that seemed to be correct was her rank, F, the lowest. I wonder... Will she thrive with her standing? Or with she burn in the chaos of it? Why don't we find out? (This is a first draft and the plot is a little all over the place)

In the lands of Kainor some people are born with runes. These runes, scrawled in black at the base of the right side of the neck, grant the person a certain power. These powers can range from cooking to combat and some can be very powerful and others not so much. One girl is born with a different rune, a golden rune painted on her face. The strange rune gives her strange powers. She is able to steal other people's runes. Now a dangerous assassin, Laika travels the lands of Kainor until she is finally captured by the King of Galabee's soldiers. She is used as a brute to strike fear into the King's not so loyal subjects, while she is kept company by the King's two sons. One of whom helps her realize that maybe she is more than just a killer. It didn't take long before Carter realized any if she wished for anything aloud, it happened. But there's a twist. The wish will always come true. But it doesn't always happen in the best way possible. With one seemingly harmless little wish, something terrible can happen. Carter became careful, not telling people about her ability and being strict on the wishes she makes. But then, one day, the unthinkable happened. Carter made a bad wish. A really bad wish. Now, Carter is on the run, and while she may tell herself that it wasn't her fault, she - and everyone else - knows she's not innocent.
