Another poetry/short story (pory) collection. Didn't think this fit with my Potpourri Poetry collection, so thought I would start another.

After a decade worth of no contact following their high school graduation, what a peculiar reunion the self labeled antisocial Cooper Knight and popular Dunfield High softball star Brooke Berry had.

Courtney Calloway, a retired attorney, met Erin Tucker in Las Vegas where after a few drinks, they promptly wed. Courtney truly desires to stay married. However, are the reasons she gave to do so the only ones? Or is she keeping a secret from her new spouse? If you've read Blessings In Disguise, you'll notice a couple characters from that novella popping up in this one. Though both stories take place in the same universe, one doesn't have anything to do with the other. And yes, I played with the laws of marriage ;-)

Dylan Tate, a San Francisco native, was perfectly fine with living a carefree lifestyle free from any major responsibilities. One particular day life smacks her upside the head with a greater responsibility than she could have ever bargained for. Will she fail at becoming a grown up or can she rise to the occasion? Layne Bishop, on the other hand, was quite familiar and comfortable with responsibility. She was also already a grown up, something she had to achieve sooner than would usually be necessary. Layne yearned for commitment, love and family -- none of which she had in NYC. ***** GirlxGirl Story ***** Hatred & Disgust -- That's what Lauren Anderson feels for all the people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and pansexuals. She treats them as if they're not human beings, but a bunch of aliens. The question is why? There are reasons for their foul demeanors, right? Lauren also hates one person specifically in the LGBTP community, who is Isabel Montes. She's a proud, open lesbian who tries to do some twist and turns to show Lauren that no matter who you are, love can still happen between two people of the same gender. Lots of things will go unexpected since there will be many confusion, pain, guilt, love, hate, etc. Remember, nothing is impossible. ~
