Minokawa Kichi, a full blooded ghoul who works undercover as an associate special class investigator at the CCGs 20th ward. Her moniker, the Kitsune, was one that was feared by all due to her viciousness and habit of only targeting and eating other ghouls along with her nine fox like bikaku tails that she uses along with her fox mask.
