Toby Tenma and Val Tenma are 13-year-old kids that live in Metro City. Their dad, Dr. Tenma, is a famous inventer and the head of the Ministry of Science. Dr. Tenma creates the Peackeeper, which accidentally goes wrong when testing it. This also causes Toby to die by the Peacekeeper. Dr. Tenma then creates a robot replica of toby, who he and Val go on an adventure when they fell to the surface. They also meet a group of kids that live on the surface. What will happen next?
