The action caused the faerie to fly back a bit before Tristan put his hands up to calm her worries. "I won't come near you, there's no need to fear." His voice was gentle and unlike his usual nonchalant tone. He didn't want to take any risks, how many people got the chance to talk to an actual faerie straight at the forest edge? The faerie giggled a bit, taking Tristan by surprise. "Who said anything about fearing you Tristan?" She said with a mischievous grin on her face.
