This is the sequel (continuation) of After. Hardin and Tessa's relationship will be tested in ways she never expected, but he knew of all along.

Lennon's life is simple. She bakes, minds her own business, and avoids trouble. At least, that's the plan. When Harry, a stranger from one of London's four gang territories, walks into her bakery, she has no idea that one chance encounter will turn her world upside down. Suddenly caught in a world of rival gangs, dangerous secrets and people who want to use her, Lennon finds herself under the protection of a man she barely knows. But Lennon isn't as ordinary as she thinks. And the darkness hiding behind her eyes might be the most dangerous secret of all. In a city ruled by power, blood and loyalty, some things are better left undiscovered. Some secrets run deeper than blood. Sequel: Escape Route

Tessa Young is an 18 year old college student with a simple life, excellent grades, and a sweet boyfriend. She always has things planned out ahead of time, until she meets a rude boy named Hardin, with too many tattoos and piercings who shatters her plans.

"He clenched his fists to bring himself back to earth, shutting off the tap. He stood stationary, wondering if anything he had been thinking for the last five minutes made any sense at all. Every thought was about her; he wanted her more than anyone. He came down to one conclusion: he was truly obsessed with her." Cover credit to @Nargles
