Carl Johnson is a very lonely and cold man you would never see him smile or laugh the only emotion on his face pure hatred for everyone in his path. The only thing he enjoyed was his hobby but it wasn't just any hobby...no this was a sick twisted one. One where he took pleasure in torturing others, at first is was the ones that had done him no good then it just turned into anyone he wanted and that had all started ten years ago back when i was twenty two. Some of you might not know him as Carl but as the one and only Shadow Killer. Sarah Butch is Lieutenant of the 56 precinct, she also one the most respected officers. Sarah has always been one to finish a job except for the shadow killer hes the one that got away, he always seemed to be ten steps ahead of them and never once left a trace at the crime scene the only thing they absolutely knew about him was that he loved the publicity and would always send a letter or more importantly me since ive been working his case for ten years and still havent been able to catch him. I have made it my responsibility to hunt him down and lock him away so he can rot in jail like he deserves. But not without the help of my long term partner Joey who is also my sergeant. What will happen when Carl and Sarah cross paths with only one of them knowing who the other is and the other thinking its just some normal citizen instead of the man they have been looking for as long as they can remember.And what will happen when they keep on meeting only this time its not coincidence anymore its a plot. A plan Carl has been planning for some time now just didnt know when to initiate it but when the two accidentally run into each other all of the pieces start to fall together. Will she catch him in time or will he get away as always only this time with a much bigger prize.
