When the Stars Drift Apart
For as long as Nova Kenobi can remember, she and her brother Obi-Wan have been inseparable.
They fought together. Trained together. Laughed together. Through battles, loss, and everything the galaxy could throw at them, they always had each other.
Obi-Wan called her his little star.
And Nova always believed nothing could ever change that.
But when Satine gives birth to their children, Obi-Wan's world begins to change. Suddenly, he has a family of his own to protect-a wife, newborn children, and responsibilities that pull him in directions Nova never expected.
At first, Nova tries to understand.
She tells herself it's only temporary.
But little by little, the brother who once always had time for her becomes harder to reach.
Conversations become shorter.
Visits become less frequent.
And the moments they once shared without thinking begin to disappear.
Nova doesn't want to be jealous of Satine or the babies. She loves them. She truly does.
She just wants her brother back.
But Obi-Wan doesn't realize how much Nova is hurting.
And Nova doesn't know how to tell him.
As the distance between them grows, both siblings are forced to confront a painful question:
What happens when the person who has always been beside you suddenly feels a galaxy away?
Because sometimes, the strongest bonds don't break all at once.
Sometimes...
they simply drift apart.
