Yuji Itadori is the sun-bright, impulsive, always smiling through the pain. Megumi Fushiguro is the shadow-quiet, calculated, carrying more weight than he ever admits. They weren't supposed to be close. They weren't even supposed to survive. But after a brush with death leaves Yuji hanging by a thread, something shifts. Megumi is forced to confront feelings he's long buried beneath duty, silence, and shadows.

!! COMPLETE !! "Listen, Megumi... Being a med student isn't easy at all," Gojo said with a smirk, wriggling a finger in front of his face, "Make sure that your first year in med school doesn't start with any kind of trouble, okay?" If only Megumi had known back then what kind of troubles he'd get into. If only Megumi had known back then that his troubles would involve this very Gojo and a dorky guy named Itadori Yuuji.
