A 17 year old girl named Valeria has been growing up on a farm with her foster family. One time, she had a vision about the death and before she could warn the person, the vision happened. The foster family thinks she was the one behind the death, so they send her to Helpneed, which apparently was a psychiatric hospital a few years ago. She's forced to live there and slowly she starts to be curious about what's behind this place and people here...
