[WRITTEN IN 2023] Jay Walker was living the dream; stuck in a low-wage job, cramped with his best friend and his dog in a small apartment. The only time he was really free was when strolling around the small park at the centre of the concrete jungle that was his neighborhood. Even then, he had things out of his reach; the lone girl, always sitting in the same spot, was someone he could only admire from afar. All it took was a miscalculated throw to let fate do its work.
