(Kabir x Vaani) "Vaani, we're getting married next week and that's not a proposal. It's a statement and you better accept it." Anger rushed to me. How dare he? He really thinks that he can walk into my life and ask for marriage? Oh no he is not even asking. "And you just decided that, Kabir? You didn't even ask me once before deciding." I said and pushed him away, he smiled sarcastically. "Look who is talking. Did you? Vaani kapoor? Did you ask me for once? Before abandoning the guy who trusted you with everything because something happened between us that wasn't supposed to happen? Did you ask before ghosting me for weeks? Did you ask before deciding that you will raise our child alone?" he said and the words caught on my throat. I know I am wrong. But getting married to him would make it more complicated for all of us. "Yes, I accept I did all that but who are you to decide that I will marry you?" I asked and he just inhaled then walked to the bench and picked up my bag. "I am..." he looked at me again. "The father of your child."

𝑻𝒂𝒏𝒚𝒂 𝑺𝒉𝒆𝒌𝒉𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒕 was never the kind of person everyone instantly liked. At least, that's what she believed. She wasn't shy and she wasn't loud either, she was both, just never for everyone. She just picked her people carefully. To everyone else, she came across as guarded, a little grumpy, completely unbothered, someone who didn't care about anyone. Truth was, there was exactly one person she cared about. Her best friend since childhood. And she cared way more than she ever let on. He had been around for as long as she could remember. The one person in her life she never had to explain herself to. There was one rule: never fall for your best friend. But she broke it. Her best friend. 𝒀𝒂𝒔𝒉 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒎𝒂, everyone called him foolish, careless, not because he was stupid but because nothing ever seemed to faze him. Studies, plans, his feelings, his own future, he breezed through all of it like it was none of his business. No nonsense guy. He was careless about pretty much everything in his life. Except her. He just never realized it. She never said a word about her feelings. And he never did notice. So, she tucked the feeling away and tried to move on. She was sure that he would never fall for her. But was it always like this from his side? Because after all it was all between the 𝘩𝘢𝘻𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 and friendship.

He whispered before pulling her into a kiss.

Nyra Sharma is a student. Eshan Mathur is her professor. That much is enough to ruin everything. They know the rules. They know the consequences. And they know that what grows between them is called a sin. Every lecture is a battle. Every glance is a risk. Every silence screams what they refuse to say out loud. In a world that would never forgive them, Nyra fights her feelings with guilt, while Eshan fights his with restraint-until restraint begins to crack. ---- "Sir... we can't," Nyra whispers, fear trembling in her voice. "They'll say this is a sin." He looks at her then-not as a professor, not as a man bound by rules-but as someone who has already fallen too deep. "Then let's sin properly, jaan." --- A forbidden love where morality clashes with desire, where society draws lines but hearts refuse to listen. This is not just a professor-student story. It's a tale of choosing love when the world demands sacrifice and paying the price for it.
