Freed from Sauron's shadow, it is meant to bloom anew. Together with Elven aid from Lórien and Imladris, the Elves of Thranduil's realm attempt to build a new city. Especially when shadows of the past emerge, and peace, as so often, reveals itself to be an illusion.
