Smg4 is suddenly in the forest all bruised and walks all the way back to the showgrounds, then collapses in his bed. Then smg3 and meggy finds him and heads to the hospital. What happens next?

The Mushroom Kingdom is no longer the chaotic, comedic haven it once was. A sinister virus known as Necroflora has emerged, bridging a decayed, lifeless universe to their own.
