A small, frightened sparkling had somehow found her way into the mines now found herself in the hands of someone most of the miners would consider to not be responsible for even caring for a sparkling. A red and blue bot named Orion Pax. With the two stunned, Orion found himself in an awkward situation. Especially as this sparkling bore some resemblance to Orion and his closest friend, D-16. Which quickly becomes a joke among the miners, despite the fact this sparkling clearly came from the city itself. However, with no record of any new sparklings in the medical database, and no information of who the parents of this sparkling might be, the two young mining bots find themselves forced to care for this sparkling as it was quickly decided she would become a mining bot just like them. Which left them both scrambling to learn to even how to care for a sparkling who demanded attention and formulated energon for herself. And that was made even more difficult as it was soon discovered that this sparkling's vocal processor was not functional. Meaning this young spark was mute, and possibly kicked out. However, as time goes by, they learn to teach the young spark to communicate without speech, and discover she had an extreme fear of Sentinel Prime. Neither Orion or D-16 understood the reason. A terrified girl finds herself mixed up with three other children in a war that had somehow reached to them. Unlike the other children, she did not have a home to go back to. Scars like hers run too deep and she does not know what worth she could even give to the transformers who have now become her guardians to protect her from decepticons. Her near constant presence in their base seems to be a bother to the transformers, she can tell even if they do not say it out loud to her. The girl is not a fool. However, when they realize just how deep her pain truly was and how far she is willing to end it, Optimus is unwilling to give up on her.
