Your body tensed up, waiting for metal to fly by and hit you. "One! I am currently pissed and drunk out of my fucking mind." He took a step toward you. Truth. "Two! I am no longer interested in getting back my data from that arrogant, and cocky bitch. As long as she still keels over." You chuckled dryly at that. Lie. He hated Miranda more than anything and anything to make her life more difficult always made his day. He kept going toward you until he was directly in front of you and you could smell the alcohol from his lips. On instinct you took a step back. So he took another step forward until your back pressed against the wall. He took one last swing before dropping the bottle and letting it empty whatever was left inside on the floor. "Three," he breathed out, "I love you sweets." "You fucking liar." ------------------- After receiving a strange invitation from your older sister after four years of zero contact, you find yourself caught up in a whirlwind of regrets and bad decisions with evil lurking around every corner waiting to bite your head off. While this was far more than you bargained for, there's a silver lining to everything, and one particular lord might just be that and a bit more.
