Charlotte Joy Barnes was born 1920 as Bucky's youngest sister, but she is missing since 1937 after running away from a fight with her older brother, Bucky. She was the pride of the Red Room and Hydra's female Winter Solder until she vanished while a mission. 2016 the 21 years old Charlotte is a substitute teacher of Peter Parker at the Midtown High School for her studies.
