A collection of short stories, poems, and excerpts/cuts from other books that I don't plan on posting on Wattpad! Racing Ahead is the first short story - I wrote it for an assignment in class. It's the first thing I published on Wattpad :)

MJ Allen lives a lonely life. She's a 10th grader at Cornwell High School, and ever since she transferred there two years ago, she's kept to herself. Until she meets the new kid - a boy with dark hair and piercing green eyes. Slowly, their friendship evolves into what the other believes is unrequited love... but both of them are hiding a tragic past that prevents them from confessing. Isn't it normal to be worried about losing a friend? -- hey! just so you know, this was previously marked as mature for triggering subjects; however, that chapter was removed. i can't remove the mature label, though, so this is just to let you know <3
