Stiles had been keeping a secret from The Pack since the vampires came to town. Lydia, being the genius she is, works it out. Derek, on the other hand, just so happens to make a well - or poorly, depending on how you look at it - timed entrance through Stiles' window. Not everyone can be as perfectly understanding when it comes to the truth as Lydia, though. Some times people can only see the unwanted blood on your hands and not the loyalty and desperation that lies in your heart. And sometimes, sometimes telling the truth can lead you down a path of confusing feelings, moments, memories and nightmares. Where does the path end and how long will it take to get there? Jackson Whittemore, was bitten but turned to a Kanima, with Matt controlling him. Derek Hale, was a werewolf since birth, his family died in fire years ago, the only survivors were him, his uncle Peter, and his younger sister Cora. Now Stiles, he was a human nothing else, 147 pounds and pale skin and fragile bones, sarcasm is his only defense. Derek likes to cause Stiles pain. Stiles likes to annoy the shit out of Derek. They hate each other. But something changed, after there sacrifice to the Nemeton, stiles changed and Derek has never been so worried. (I own nothing but the plot)

Derek's twin brother Tyler stayed in the shadows. It wasn't like he was a psychotic werewolf running around like Peter. He didn't like being in the spotlight like Derek did. Derek was an Alpha once; Tyler has always been a beta; he was nothing special. Well, nothing special until the Hale twins become friends with Stiles and Scott. Tyler saw if from the second Derek laid eyes on Stiles; they were mates, Tyler was going to do whatever it took to protect the kid after that. Derek would never admit to anyone, not even himself, that Stiles was his mate, so Tyler thought that he would tease his twin a little. Tyler became Stiles' best friend seeing as Derek acted like he hated the hyperactive spaz. Tyler was at Stiles side before Derek could ever even think about it, Derek at the time had other things to think about like a pack, Tyler was going to make sure Stiles was taken care of. So what if he maybe fell in love with the kid a little bit, he was Derek's and Tyler knew that. Though when Stiles' cousin comes into town, it's a whole new story. Stiles never fit in with all of the other kids. He was, well he wasn't that different, he was just like them. People did call him Wolf Boy though... It seemed that everyone in Beacon Hill knew about his paw-shaped birthmark that rested on his back placed directly in the center of his left shoulder blade. It was just a birthmark, he never understood what the big deal about it was. Could it have been his love and interest in wolves that also pushed them to call him that name? Stiles was never too sure. One midwinter night in his family's cabin in the woods changed Stiles' life when an injured wolf found its way onto the porch of the cabin. There was no going back.
