"Care?" Tubbo's sleepy voice projected through her phone's small speakers. Her attention was then focused on why the boy was awake instead of the book in her hand. She'd read the book enough times to know exactly what it said and what was to come next anyway. "Why are you awake? It's five in the morning for you." Caroline asked, voice a hushed whisper as to not wake her parents and siblings. The hour had just bypassed midnight. She hadn't even noticed, being too engrossed in her book. "I had a rather frightening nightmare." The boy whispered, almost as if he were embarrassed. Her eyebrows furrowed in concern as her head cocked to the side. "Hi Tommy." Izzy whispered as she walked in the door of his bedroom. His LED lights were on a soft purple colour and his monitors were of. He was lying in his bed, hand behind his head scrolling through his TikTok feed. "Mom on call again?" The boy asked with a frown. She nodded and walked towards his bed. "You can stay in here tonight. I'm to assume Jenna and Aaron went to your dads?" Tommy asked, moving over in his bed to make room for the girl. She nodded and laid next to him, resting her head on his shoulder. The pair had been neighbors for as long as they could remember. Tommy and Izzy were inseparable as kids, always doing everything they could together. Cynthia Mills is a small streamer from Oregon. She had a small fanbase of 50-60 people for the longest time, and she hadn't minded. She became great friends with a boy names Ranboo in the early days of August 2020. They talked often despite their mutual lack of social interaction. Cynthia was alone in her house for a long time. Her father-Derrick-worked in the military, meaning he hadn't been home in almost four years. Her mom's job hours were always undetermined and chaotic. Her mother-Sophia-worked as a surgeon in the hospital. Therefore her mother always had to be prepared for the worst timings to be called in. Now Cynthia has to move away from the home she grew up in.
