Power Rangers S.P.D. A New Beginning

Chapter 18: A Ranger Down.

Sky carries me back to SPD, but Z and Sydney are riding in the Jeep, while Bridge is on his motorcycle. When Sky runs into the infirmary with me in his arms, Dr. Felix spots me.

“Let’s get her onto a bed," says Dr. Felix.

Sky then carefully places me down on the hospital bed.

“Also this dart hit her left arm, but Z removed it and she cleaned and bandaged the area where the dart hit," says Sky.

Back in the Command Center Z, Sydney, and Bridge run in to see Commander Cruger and Kat talking.

“Sir, we’ve got a problem. Breanna’s back in the infirmary," says Z.

“What do you mean Z?" asks Kat.

“A dart hit her lower left arm, but I carefully removed it and I cleaned and bandaged the area where the dart hit her," says Z.

Commander Cruger follows Sydney, Z, and Bridge to the infirmary where they see me unconscious. They walk in, but the alarms begin to go off.

“B-Squad Power Rangers report to the Command Center," says Kat’s voice over the intercom system.

“I’ll stay with her. Get going cadets," says Commander Cruger.

Sky, Bridge, Z, and Sydney arrive in the Command Center where Kat tells them that a new monster has been set loose in the city.

“Let’s go," says Sky.

Sky, Z, Sydney, and Bridge morph and they take the Jeep and the green and blue ranger’s motorcycle. When they arrive they see Gruumm’s new monster.

“Freeze SPD," says Sky.

“SPD just the rangers I was looking for. I see that you’re missing your red ranger. I guess my plan worked after all," says the monster.

“That’s enough. You’re under arrest," says Sky angrily, due to his love for me.

“If I haven’t told you, my name’s Serrator and I don’t go down without a fight," says Serrator.

Back at SPD, within the infirmary I feel myself getting weaker. Next thing you know I hear a loud beep going off.

“Dr. Felix her heart stopped," says Commander Cruger in a worried tone.

Dr. Felix pulls out a set of metal pads, but they’re called heart defibulators. My red SPD undershirt is suddenly torn open.

“Stand back sir," says Dr. Felix.

Dr. Felix uses the heart defibulators on me and my heart begins to pump again. Dr. Felix leaves the defibulators out, but he puts them back in their holders. Dr. Felix leaves the device out just in case my heart stops again.

“Come on Bre, say something," says Commander Cruger.

“Never give up," I whisper.

“Bre please open your eyes?" says Commander Cruger.

“Sir, I’m sorry I ran off. It’s just I didn’t want my friends to see me that way," I say.

“Dr. Felix can you give us a minute?" asks Commander Cruger.

“Of course sir," says Dr. Felix.

“Wait, where’s my aunt at?" I ask.

“She was transferred to a public hospital," says Dr. Felix.

When Dr. Felix walks out Commander Cruger says, “Bre we saw where you were, but how long have you been a mermaid?”

“I’m not sure sir, but I guess I’ve always been that way," I say.

"That could really help you and us in the future," says Commander Cruger.
