Here we go. I open the app PicsColor (basically, like a paint app) and upload a picture into it.

So like, here's the picture I started with. ^
So my homeboy up top, as you can see, is fair skinned. So I went to the color choose option, using the opaque brush, and held down on his skin to get his specific skin tone. It ended up too dark because of the shadow so I brightened it up a bit.

I lower the size of the brush, so I can fill him in, more precisely.
