//This is another dedication to Lexi because she is the most pure human being in existence, next to Mark Hamill, Oscar Isaac, and Sophie Turner. Also, I'm thinking about doing, like, normal chapter names and having it like there are time lapses (like, multiple hours or minutes) separating chapters so its not going so fast. Like, I feel like it should take them more time for this. Like, things are going way way too fast. Like maybe a few days in between Day one and Day two, and Day two and Day three. Some sh*t like that. Of course, the ones in different parts will be the same day. Ill probably just number them... Again, I apologize for the word mess ups and spelling/grammar mistakes. I tend to not look over my work very efficiently, and do to the schedule I tend to publish these chapters on, I don't have enough time to... After I get home from school is usually when I have time, but I don't usually catch the things until later on.....Anyways!I hope you like this chapter! Don't forget to heart/vote and comment!//

The days passed as they always did; Anakin slept an unusual amount while I read endlessly, and I only woke him to change his bandages and checked his wounds for infections. We hardly spoke much, but it was a comfortable silence. Sometimes we would lay together and look out the window, pointing out constellations that we recognized. Today, at some point in night, I fell asleep to the sound of his heart beat and the singing morphine alarms.

Sand tickled the bottoms of my feet, and the breeze was warm on my bare skin. I faintly heard a man singing words that I couldn't understand. I recognized the voice as Anakin's. He laid on the beach, with his hands under his head and his eyes closed. I made my way over to him, sitting down beside him. He stopped singing, and opened his eyes. "Lets go swimming!" I jumped up, pulling him up with me. "Come on!" I shouted, pulling him towards the rolling waves of the ocean. Anakin was dragging his feet, acting like a child being dragged to school. Finally, I pulled him into the water and let go. I dove deep, opening my eyes (//I acknowledge that if you do that in real life, ur eyes will freaking burn out of your skull, but this is a dream so logic doesn't exist//) to see an abundance of life. I pulled up for air and looked around. Anakin was no where to be seen. Suddenly, I felt a pair of hands grab hold of my ankles and pull me down. I gasped as my head became submerged under water. I felt the hands let go of my ankles and I opened my eyes to see Anakin. His arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me close until we were chest to chest. He closed his eyes and pressed his lips to mine, smiling into my lips. I wrapped my arms around his neck, and he pulled away. He gripped me tightly and swam to the surface. We gasped for air, and I giggled like a child. Anakin was smiling like an idiot, and he pressed his lips to mine again. I savored this moment; the taste of salt and coconut, the slipperiness of our skin pressed together, and the smile on Anakin's face. The sky began to darken, and he let go and took my hand, leading me back to the beach. Once we were back on the sand that Anakin hated so much, he began gathering up our towels and things. He said no word as he began to lead me into the woods near by the shore. We walked bare foot, twigs and rocks scraping and jabbing at our feet. He made no move to explain where we were going and why, he just trudged on, his grip on my hand getting a little bit tighter. Finally, we reached a clearing in the woods where an old house sat. The layout of the house looked ancient. A thousand years old maybe (//Im implying that it looks like our modern day house, maybe a bit older//). What a house like that was doing in the middle of the woods, I had a strange feeling that I shouldn't ask. Like it was confidential or something like that. He pulled me into the house and let go of my hand to lock the door behind him. I was about to ask what was going on, when he turned and held his finger to his lips, emitting a low shushing noise. I heard rain beginning to pelt harder against the roof, and a rumble of thunder shook the house. I looked around as the ground shook beneath us. When I looked back to Anakin, he wasn't bare foot and in his swim trunks any longer. He was dressed head to toe in jet black armor and was holding the hilt of a lightsabre, but he was not wearing his helmet. I jumped back, startled. He turned his head slowly, as though it hurt to do so. "You promised me, Abilene." His voice was falsely bold, even though he was without the helmet. He held out the lightsabre he had been holding, turning it on. That sickening red glow filled the darkened room, and another boom of thunder rattled the house to its core. He raised the lightsabre, ready to strike. He spoke coldly. "You promised me. We could have been great."

I woke up to someone shaking my shoulders. I opened my eyes to see Anakin looking back at me. I could feel cold sweat drip down my face, and my hands gripping the sheets. "Are you okay?" His voice was groggy with sleep, but it was gentle. It took me a moment to process what happened and to sort through what was real and what wasn't, and I relaxed my hands.

I tried my best to steady my breathing. "I'm fine. It was just a bad dream." I wiped the sweat from my face with the back of my hand, pulling myself up so that I was sitting with my back against the bed post. I immediatly felt him sift through my recent memories, finding the nightmare. I could feel my face heat up when he saw the part that took place underwater. When he got to the part where he became the icon everyone always saw him as, it was as though a part of him deflated. "You are still afraid of me." Was all he said, his voice cracking.

I swear, Anakin was breaking my heart with every word. "No, Anakin, I'm afraid of what they are doing to you. What they are becoming of you. I do not fear you, Anakin. I am afraid of Darth Vader."

He was quiet for a moment, and then I felt his regular aura come back. Almost as though he just... flipped a switch. It was almost unnatural. "So... you dreamed about kissing me, eh?"

I could feel my cheeks heat up again and my face go red. I covered my face with the blanket and mumble into it. "So what?"

He laughed and laid back down, pulling the covers over him. "Nothing... Please, come back to bed and get more rest." He smiled a sweet smile, different from his regular cocky one, and patted next to him. I moved the blanket from my face and resisted the urge to smile back, and failed miserably. I climbed underneath the covers, pulled them over my shoulders. I closed my eyes, and before I fell asleep, I felt him kiss my cheek. "Sweet dreams."

//Believe it or not, i'm literally winging all of this. I mean, I have a plot and I've planned events leading up to things, but I don't have every chapter mapped out before I write. I just go for it and see where it takes me. Idfk...)
