Chapter 16: Hidden behind the cloak

"The next battle has been postponed due to the lateness of 1 of the candidates and will continue later on." The proctor shouted.

An uproar started among the crowd, they started standing up and booing. Some of the genin were grateful for this postpone so they would be able to see Sasuke fight. Though Shikamaru was getting irritated because his match was coming closer and closer.

"On to the next battle! Shino and Kankuro please come down." The proctor shouted at them.

Kankuro started acting jumpy and looked anxiously at Temari who was watching him. Eiji looks at the two wondering what they were thinking at a time like this. Kankuro stepped closer to the railing and put both of his hands down on the railing.

"Proctor! I withdraw! So please advance to the next match." Kankuro said causing everyone to gasp.

"Alright then, due to Kankuro's withdraw. The next battle with Shino Aburame will begin. Shino Aburame and the black wolf will you please come down for the second match." The proctor said.

Shino proceeds to the battlegrounds, but the girl was not there. He looked around only seeing the proctor and the crowds of people on the seating area. He didn't see a sign of this girl.

"Where is this black wolf!" Someone from the crowd shouted after getting impatient with the time before they got to see Sasuke's fight.

Suddenly they could hear footsteps approaching them, everyone one looked at the entrance of the stadium. As the people entered the stadium they see 2 ANBU standing side by side with someone in a black cloak in the middle.

Eiji and Kichiro stiffen when they saw that cloak. Hanako only wears it when there's someone here that she doesn't want to see her face which means that there is an enemy here. Eiji and Kichiro started to look around slowly not to give off any suspicion.

The 2 ANBU stopped as Hanako moved forward and away from them. The ANBU disappeared away when Hanako stopped. She also had a black mask kind of like Kakashi, but it covered her whole face. Hanako stood there breathing in and out. She mustn't show her face.

"You mustn't show your face in front of him." Itachi breathes out.

Shino and Hanako stood in silence. Shino looked at the girl, but this time she was wearing a cloak and a mask. You can't see any of her skin except her hands.

"I wonder why she had ANBU with her?" Sakura said causing Ino to look at her.

"Don't you remember what Kabuto said about her doing S-rank mission which are for ANBU. Oh, wait you must be so stupid to even fit that information into your giant forehead." Ino said insulting Sakura.

"I do not have a giant forehead, Ino-Pig!" Sakura said insulting back.

"Giant forehead!" Ino said to Sakura again.

"Ino - Pig!" Sakura said back.

"Shut up! You two! People here came to watch the fight, not you 2 bickering! So shut up and let us watch the fight!" Some guy said in the crowd causing Sakura and Ino to sit back down, embarrassed.

"Let this match begin!" The proctor said before backing away from them.

Shino stood there not making a move as well as Hanako. Shino watched her while trying to gather all the insects within him.

Suddenly Hanako disappeared from Shino's view. The crowd watches with amusement and the Lords watched as the first move was being made. They were now very curious about this girl because she came with the ANBU and her card only has the list of missions on it.
