Kiersty George was back and transformed, but totally different from what her parents had expected.

She had the "perfection" her parents wanted her to have when they made her get plastic surgery the day right after she turned sixteen.

But such beauty is a killer.

Such beauty has a price. What Kiersty didnt know was her parents forced her to pay with, was her human life.
