Philias is a normal 17-year-old human in everyone's eyes, but like every person, she has a secret. Philias is a vampire and she hates being one. Philias wishes she would have been born human and would not have to lie to everyone around her. When her parents get tired of her moping after losing yet another friend who has discovered her secret they leave, again. Philias not only has to remove her presence from her friend's mind, but she has to be the one thing she despises, being a vampire. As her new life starts in Coleman Montana Philias puts up her barriers once again and tries to go through life without any problems. On her first day of school, Philias does not get her wish.
