There's a secret organization called Tuphlos that takes out people who are different than you & I if they make their self known to the rest of the world, draw attention to themselves or start trouble. The people who are different are called red vision, after the color of the flame that appears on their right eye when they're using their special ability. Red visions are people who have a remarkable special ability that we normal folks can only imagine. But the only problem is that they can't stay hidden forever...
