Chapter 1 - New Boy

"Let's call it the Pact?" I added, as Jesse hadn't spoken a word. His eyes stared at me amused and curious. I offered my hand for a shake, if he decided to agree. Instead he surprised me and leant forward and brushed his lips against my cheek.
"Deal" he whispered into my ear, that gave me shivers. He smelt of wood fire and lemon. He slowly leant back, already having a smirk plastered to his face. He gave me a wink and with that he walked away. Looks like Jesse Chance is full of surprises.
