When the gears of fate begin to turn, can the established trajectory of life be reversed? After witnessing her best friend Airi being swallowed and died by the tsunami, Mika's life fell into endless darkness and she was unable to recover. Her friend Ren made a deal with the Grim Reaper at the cost of his life. He wants to participate in every moment of Mika's life whilst protecting and building a better future for her step by step. He returned to Mika's original starting point: the cheer dance team full of disputes and divisions. In the cheer dance team, Mika opposes the inhumane rules, fights for a justice captain, and fights against the bullying senior system ... With each step she takes, she tries to break the rigid constraints. Airi's fear of change also deepened Ren's admiration and appreciation for her. Mika, Airi, and Ren spent countless days filled with laughter and tears, and also bloomed their purest vitality with the cheerleading club members. When faced with a seemingly unchangeable fate again, Mika's answer, firm and brave as always: "I am here to challenge fate."
