Prologue

There once was a dead tree, I always admired it from afar. The bark was black like coal, on some nights it felt like the moon was shining solely for that tree.

It was a magnolia tree.

Am I getting blessed or cursed?
Life looked like a play that had been rehersed,
Multiple times I rewind and play again
But this time I have the blood of sinners in my vein.
