Chapter 1 - Do you believe in Fate?

Ashanti Eldors, 29 has just finished stabilizing her life, a good home, a good job, everything was going well until she saw a fortune cookie, which said do you believe in fate? It told her to stock up on food and find a safe place to live because by the time the earth gets hot, life would be miserable. A few weeks later, heat rises to burning temperatures and Ashanti listens to the letter and starts storing and preparing for upcoming tragedy but one day her boyfriend is at the door as a zombie.
