Most heroes start off their stories with: "Hey! I'm going to try this and see what happens! I'm gonna get a really cool power and accomplish my goals with all my best friends!"

Yeah, no, that's not how it works. Not for her. Yes, she wants to be a hero, but she has no intention of acting like a total saint in the process.
