His whole life he has thought the fire nation were evil. That the people were wicked just like the soldiers who slaughtered his family. It was only until he met this guard who was in charge of him. She was kind and nothing he ever imagined a fire nation solider to be. She was everything he never believed could exist. Can jet love someone who was from the very nation he swore to hate?
