Celia Ivy Stark. The twin sister of Howard Stark, a last name well known to everyone, and a name with two meanings. Celia meaning 'heavenly' and Ivy meaning 'faithful'. She is a scientist consultant, working with Dr. Erskine and Howard, while being an intelligence analyst for Colonel Phillips. While walking to get some food, she hears something from an alley.
