Prologue

In a world where 80% of the population has a power called a "quirk", those who do not have the fortune of developing such powers are vulnerable, and are given the degrading title of being "quirkless". The quirkless children of this new age are moved to a "sanctuary" in America, where they are protected by the government. Though this place strays far from the name. Strict schedules, horrible food, even worse teachers, a place where even doing the smallest mistake could leave a dreadful scar... what happens when one ambitious child becomes tired of the shackles of being quirkless, and tries to run back to his mother in Japan?
