Since her mom walked out on them, Jared has been losing control of his bratty, promiscuous daughter, Alice. When she fails her senior year and can't graduate high school, Jared's best friend, Jensen, offers Alice a place at his private all girls boarding school. Promising her father he'll discipline he rand improve her grades. But Alice doesn't go down without a fight, Jensen's methods of getting Alice's grades up take an interesting turn.
