Penelope is a local sunshine girl trying to get through life and make friends. She's always optimistic and tries to find the best in people, even if those people, are the ones that hurt her.

Parker is a grumpy, mechanic. His mind is always racing and body always tense. He doesn't express himself way others do. He's cold, and arrogant, until a little sunshine comes into his life.
