Worst case senario was Tomura Shiaraki's death. Decay would be a wasted quirk and All For One would have to find a new successor. That's why you were born. You're father feared he would die or be imprissoned one day, so he found a pretty girl with a good quirk and got her pregnant. 9 months later, you were born. 2 years after that, you accidentally decayed almost all of your furniture. Your father wasn't mad, he was moreover happy. Your mother died soon after that, and that afternoon you discovered a new quirk. Your father had established his own villain gang, the League of Villains. That was when your life began to slowly go off the rails.
