The Jones a popular and billionaire family is surprised by a fostering offer from a psychologist family friend. At first it felt normal to have little Eloy in their home then it gets worse as Eloy begin to show disturbing signs of severe mental illness due to past trauma. They can barely tell how many boy they were fostering, three or one, Eliot, Elie, Eloy or just Eloy?

But little did they know that neither is the little boy the had brought in, and that Louis was the first to know, being a genus in the family is a very hard task.
