Life on the ranch is the dream, as it has always been. Bob and Birdie's lives are meant to be spent together on the ranch, but, as always, duty calls. Birdie has lived through many deployments. She's stayed on the ranch as Bob goes off on missions, but when he gets called back to Top Gun, Birdie's had enough. She packs her bags and surprises her fiance with her presence, for she will always be the wind beneath Bob's wings.
