Jessica "Jess" Lewis and Trevor Zegras have been best friends since third grade. Through thick and thin, they stuck together like glue.

After Jess goes off to college and Trevor begins his career as a professional hockey player for the Anaheim Ducks, the two grow apart until Jess moves to Anaheim to become the Ducks' new photographer.

The two are overjoyed that they get to be together again and their friendship starts to turn to love. Even though the two of them had actually been in love with each other since high school, the feelings begin to surface more and more as they work together.
