The Farwell

Before the war Tommy Shelby was in love, her name as Clodagh O'Connor from the rich family over in Ireland. Or so she said.

She had moved to England to get away from the brother who had made her life a misery (or so she said) and had found herself in Birmingham, next door to the Shelbys.

She had fallen for the blue eyes of the middle brother and soon she was pregnant with his child so he married her six months before WWI started and he was called away.

But when he came back he was not the same...

Nor was she, she vanished and came back with a new name and family. Once again.
