A boy from a from a seemingly normal family but his family hails from a elder dragon name Nergigante the world is filled with people of many different abilities such as sacred gears,Shinobi, quirks semblance,etc and those with monster genes those who have elder dragon abilities have elder genes which are rare depending on the elder dragon they hail from Hiro and his family hails from Nergigante but only his little sister awakened their families bloodline their parents didn't get the elder genes and Hiro supposedly but that didn't stop him from wanting to become a hero so he went to Union Academy to be a hero but when they found out he was a normal person without powers the headmasters ignored him along with the teacher and beaten by the students with just his sister and a few friends to help him.
