Why did i leave?

Callie moved to NY without Arizona but what happens when she realizes that she can't live without her and come back to Seattle? Will Arizona still be available? Will they come back to be the great love story they used to be??

So this story take place after season 12 just mark didn't dye and Sofia stayed in Seattle with Arizona also there will be some ship which are not canon on the show.
