Lillian Michaels was just a hang around for the Merc's MC where her mother was a whore. Lillian was abused growing up and even more so when she became of age and the men were allowed to do what they wanted.

The woman was given to the Sons. Chibs had taken a liking to the woman. He saw what they made her into and it broke his heart seeing that. Chibs wants to help the woman know she's loved.
