Lance was keeping a secret from his team and only a small few knew this secret. Coran is one of them because Lance needed a substitution for some medication and Coran was the only one who could help. The secret that was kept by Lance, Coran, and Hunk was that Lance was an omega.

What would happen if Lance's heat came early and it was during a team exercise. This heat attracted two alphas and no one knows what would happen once Lance's secret is out.
