He lives with his single father in a two-story apartment in Garrison city, and attends Garrison High with his friends. However, Lance's life is suddenly all flipped upside down on his 16th birthday. As if coming out as Bisexual wasn't enough, his father reveals they are descendants of a powerful Mage/Knight, and it's now his duty to defend the world from demonic creatures that feed on people's darkness to grow in power in order to release their Dark Master.
