Chapter One

I have always HATED water. I almost drowned as a kid, and ever since, I've hated it. But, when I get invited to my crush's pool party, I can't say no. When I finally over come my fear, for just a little bit, I get stuck under the water. I'm struggling for breath and I think it's my last moment. But when I suck in water, I find no difficulty and I can breathe normally. I have found a new superpower. But, will I take this power too seriously, or regain my hate for water?
