Do I have to?

Riley and Matt are brother and sister, Riley being 7 and Matt being 17. they have two older brothers Liam and Louis. (not related to One Direction)
Liam is a Doctor and Louis is a dentist. this causes problems because this happen to be the younger siblings biggest fears.
